Invitations

I would start this off by saying, I love our Invites!

It was completely a DIY invitation, only that I don’t have any part in the actual preparation, more of moral support, haha!

First things first, our “logo”.

Bob started with this:

bobelay-heart

I was perfectly fine with the heart (which took him an hour to draw, kasi daw hindi pantay, etc) and then later, I saw him come up with this:

logos-objects copy

Bob also designed the inlays of our invitation, it took him several hours to finish JUST THE BACKGROUND and it’s not something that surprised me coz he does spend that much time when he designs for me. (But he spends an hour to design a webpage for his clients.)

I will not post the inlay first (but I will have it available for download after the wedding).

Ate Tin, my super creative cousin, was the one who came up with the designs of the envelope. Since our theme is butterfly, and color motif being gold, brown and ivory, she came up with this:

The butterflies serve as locks, you have to fold the wings to open the invitation. Cute noh?

And our placecards/kissing bells:

Thank God I have a creative boyfriend and cousin.
